1. General Provisions

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Information
Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure. rin95 reserves the right to verify identity at any time.

3. Account Security
The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. Sharing account login details with third parties is prohibited.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
rin95 may request documents for identity verification at any time, particularly in relation to withdrawals. Failure to complete verification in time may delay the withdrawal process. Users are requested to cooperate.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at rin95 is ৳300. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, and a total of ৳50,000 (25x) must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A user may not claim each promotion more than once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been completed.
- rin95 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program
The rin95 VIP program is divided into three tiers. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week and additional benefits.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week and premium benefits.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
Betting and gaming activities on rin95 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. All game outcomes are determined through verifiable random number generator (RNG) technology.
6.1 Betting Limits
Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. rin95 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
6.2 Bet Cancellation
A bet once confirmed generally cannot be cancelled. However, in the event of a technical error or unusual circumstances, rin95 reserves the right to cancel bets and return the stake.
6.3 Cricket Betting
Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket matches. If a match is cancelled or suspended, the bet amount will be refunded, unless a different decision applies under the specific rules of the betting market.
7. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:
- Participation in match fixing or any form of sporting corruption.
- Bonus abuse, "arbitrage" betting, or attempting to exploit the system.
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Interfering with or hacking the platform's software or technology.

8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by rin95
rin95 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
- If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
- Failure or non-cooperation in identity verification.
- In accordance with directions from legal or regulatory authorities.
8.2 Closure by the User
The user may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any withdrawable balance outstanding at the time of closure will be paid out, provided there is no active investigation or condition preventing it.
9. Limitation of Liability
